Licensed in health, life and annuity insurance, Marisa’s approach to financial planning is deeply rooted in her passion for coaching and education. She is driven by the opportunity to provide solutions to clients who may have previously been misguided or misinformed, and she aims to deliver clarity and useful information toward financial planning. It’s a motivation that stems from personal experience, witnessing firsthand the challenges that severe health problems pose to families, including her own. This personal connection to her work has honed Marisa’s expertise in health insurance and business benefits packages, working directly with families and business owners since 2018.
Marisa cherishes family time with her wife, Kellie, and their three children, Kelsie, Kendall and Caden. They enjoy creating memories at their family lake house, exploring new places, engaging in board games, and treasuring every moment together. Marisa’s life outside the office is filled with a passion for travel and new dining experiences, and she dedicates her spare time to coaching a youth travel softball team, sharing the game that has significantly impacted her life. Marisa holds a Bachelor of Science in exercise and sports science from Texas Tech University, where she played softball, and an associate’s degree from Navarro College.
